Beautiful Awakening

Taken half day today... it is a last min decision....

Time passed super fast in the office, went to visit grandma and collect some stuffs. had lunch with her. it was a great afternoon. i love my grandma loads =) i feel so loved when i m with her cos she will just showered me with all the love she has ... just like when i am a little kid....

decided to cut my hair today ..... an impulsive decision.... went to salon ...while waiting for my turn.... i simply flip thru a jap magazine and saw this hairstyle which looks kinda different from whatever hairstyle i had previously... ask the hairdresser if this hairstyle will be suitable for me.... is a really layered hair .... lots and lots of layered hair.... really short at the top and longer at the bottom... i cant even tied my hair up ..... initially i only wanna a trim but decided to just change a hairstyle (an impulsive decision again)........ so dum dum .... the hairdresser's scissors cut thru my long and thick hair..... my hair is so short at the top.... the whole hair is like "expanded".... now i kinda miss my long hair ..... miss those days when i can tie my hair in whatever way i wanna it to be .... hopefully the cell division that is happening in my hair will accelerate and so my hair will grow at a faster rate ..... goodbye to all my hair accessories for the time being.....

my sis is going to china today .... taking the midnight flight ..... i wont be seeing her for one week plus..... anyhow .... bon voyage .....

Here's the one shot updates of whatever had happened.

Went out with Zhen Wen and Shu Yan last thurs after my work. wahaha ... we had a great time .... blabbering nonsense, cracking jokes , talking bout serious matters. Just quality time spent... trying to update one another of the latest progress in life. ZhenWen tried out her newly bought digital camera and i must say the pictures are not bad. We took silly pics in Town and on our way home on the mrt. WooHOOo..... hope to meet up soon =)

Visited my great grandmother last Sunday. she is so feeble, lying restlessly on the bed and depending on this machine to keep her life going. she is already 80 plus. i wonder what will i be when i m at her age ? will i ever live to her age in the first place. what stupid questions to think of. anyway... praying hard that she will get well soon. i wanna her to live longer. too many sad things had happened this yr ... i just don wanna to lose anyone around me now.

okiex dokey .. and now back to some happier things. i m going to shanghai next thurs ... Weeeee~~~ cant wait ... although china is not the country that i am keen to visit now but at least it is a getaway from singapore. will be going for 9 days. hopefully can get some really good things back from shanghai, heard the shopping there is great. gotta visit other smaller towns like Guangzhou and some other names i can barely remember. So thats the things i m looking forward to .....

On 11 May

Went to Chiang's house for a swim. Weeee ~~~ Is being so long since i swim. The feeling of swimming in the late evening is just so great. No blazing hot sun, just the night breeze. Is just fantastic. Then after bathing, we went to Causarina for prata. Guess we simply overestimated our apetite. The three of us actually order 4 egg prata, 4 plain prata, one banana prata (which is so yummy, Chiang's recommendation) , 2 milo dino and one lime juice. That is our dinner after a swim. Wahahaha. Is so fattening but who cares if the food is so yummy. All in All, is a great day out with Limpy and Chiang, *love them loads*

On 12 May

Stay at home the whole day. Watching tv and eating non-stop. It was raining so heavily in the afternoon. The thunder is so loud that i can feel the building shaking.

On 13 May

Went with limpy to creative in an attempt to get a mp3 for myself but left empty handed. Took a bus to town to catch Poseidon. Is my first movie alone. I am so proud of myself . wahahaha. okay back to the movie. is definitely a great show . There is no love story , unlike Titanic. Just purely a show about how ppl from different walks of life actually stay together in times of difficulties, helping each other out. So is a must watch. About the part of watching movie alone, actually there is no much difference watching with friends and watching alone. Maybe the only difference is that there are ppl to discuss the movie with you when the show ended. Guess there will be more shows alone. Went to grandma's house at night for mother's day celebration. All in all, is a great day too =)

Today

Stay at home in the morning and early afternoon. Went to grandma's house for dinner . Get to see my dear cutie cousin Derek, he never fails to make me feel happy. Okies .... guess thats all for this long weekend. tata
